Shipping Policy

We offer Canada wide shipping through Canada Post and we also offer contactless door pick up in Kamloops, British Columbia. Any orders to be shipped will we sent a tracking number via email (or social media messaging) once your order has been fulfilled.   

If you have chosen local pick up in Kamloops, we will contact you when your order is ready to set up a convenient door pick up timeframe that works best for everyone.   

If you would like your package sent through another courier other than Canada Post that offers drop off location within the Kamloops area, please contact us prior to ordering and we can arrange this. Extra fees may apply. 

With Canada Post, if you have a community mailbox, your order will be delivered to that first. If the box your item(s) are in will not fit in the community mailbox, then your package will either be delivered to your door (if applicable in your area), or a note will be left by the delivery driver for parcel pick up location and timeframe.

If you require a rush shipped order, please contact us prior to ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Rush fees may apply.
